(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st December 1992.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.

For the purposes of section 40(2) of the Gaming Act 1968,
(a) in the case of gaming which consists exclusively of playing bridge or whist, or bridge and whist, and takes place on a day on which the premises used therefor are not used for any other gaming, or for any other gaming except gaming by means of a machine to which Part III of the Gaming Act 1968 applies, the sum of £6; and
(b) in any other case, the sum of 50p;is hereby specified.

The following Orders are hereby revoked:—
(a) The Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Order 1975;
(b) The Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1980; and
(c) The Gaming (Small Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988.
