This Order may be cited as the Consular Fees (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 22nd November 1992.

Part II of the Table of Consular Fees in the Schedule annexed to the Consular Fees Order 1989 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in the entry for Fee 12, after the words “32 pages” there shall be added “which includes replacing an expired passport, and issuing a new passport of full validity when an original passport of restricted validity is unavailable”, and for “15.00” there shall be substituted “18.00”;
(b) in the entry for Fee 12A, after the words “48 pages” there shall be added “which includes replacing an expired passport, and issuing a new passport of full validity when an original passport of restricted validity is unavailable”, and for “22.50” there shall be substituted “27.00”;
(c) in the entry for Fee 14, for “7.50” there shall be substituted “12.00” and for “11.25” there shall be substituted “18.00”;
(d) in the entry for Fee 15, for “2.00” there shall be substituted “3.00”;
(e) in the entry for Fee 16, for “30.00” there shall be substituted “40.00”;
(f) in the entry for Fee 17, for “4.00” there shall be substituted “5.00”; and
(g) in the entries for Fees 18 and 19, for “3.00”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “5.00”.
