This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Certification of Licensing Scheme for Educational Recording of Broadcasts and Cable Programmes) (Educational Recording Agency Limited) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 6th April 1992.

In paragraph 10 of the licensing scheme set out in the Schedule to the Principal Order, there shall be substituted for all the words which appear immediately before the words “NOTE 1” the following:“
 The annual tariff for Licences in respect of the categories listed in (i) to (v) below shall be calculated on a full time and full time equivalents per capita basis by type of Educational Establishment as follows:
(a) in respect of Licences granted prior to 16th April 1992 as set out in column A below;
(b) in respect of Licencers granted on or after the 6th April 1992 as set out in column B below;

(i) Primary/Preparatory Educational Establishments (including Preparatory Schools) 15p 17p
(ii) Secondary Educational Establishments (including Sixth Form Colleges) 30p 35p
(iii) Educational Establishments of Further Education 50p 58p
(iv) Educational Establishments of Higher Education (including Higher Education Colleges, Polytechnics and Universities) £1.00 £1.15
(v) other Educational Establishments designated from time to time by the Secretary of State a fee related to the above by type a fee related to the above by type”
