These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 15th June 1992.

For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985() there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991() are revoked.
