This Order may be cited as the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 13th May 1991.

Offences committed under the provisions of the Acts and Orders listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby specified for the purposes of section 3 of the Estate Agents Act 1979.
