These Regulations may be cited as the Child Minding and Day Care (Applications for Registration and Registration and Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 14th October 1991 immediately after the Child Minding and Day Care (Applications for Registration) Regulations 1991 and the Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Regulations 1991.

Regulation 2 of the Child Minding and Day Care (Applications for Registration) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in the definition of “full day care” for the words “a full working day” there shall be substituted the words “a continuous period of four hours or more in any day”;
(b) in the definition of “sessional day care” for the words “a full working day” there shall be substituted the words “a continuous period of four hours in any day”.

Regulation 2 of the Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Regulations 1991 shall be amended as follows—
(a) in the definition of “full day care” for the words “a full working day” there shall be substituted the words “a continuous period of four hours or more in any day”;
(b) in the definition of “sessional day care” for the words “a full working day” there shall be substituted the words “a continuous period of four hours in any day”.
