This Order may be cited as the Newport (Gwent) Harbour Revision Order 1991 and shall come into force on 8th August 1991.
2 
The provisions of the Newport (Monmouthshire) Harbour Act 1836 listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby repealed.

Article 2

Section 69 (Grant of rates or dues)
Section 70 (Double duties to be paid on foreign vessels)
Section 71 (His Majesty, or the Lords of the Treasury, may reduce duties on foreign vessels)
