(1) These Regulations may be cited as the British Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st March 1991.
(2) The British Nationality (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.

The British Nationality (Fees) Regulations 1984 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in regulation 2(1)—
(i) for the words “a fee of £10” there shall be substituted the words “the fees specified in the Schedule to these Regulations”;
(ii) the words “,except an application under section 5” shall be omitted;
(b) for the Schedule there shall be substituted the following Schedule:—“

8. Supplying a certified copy of a notice, certificate, order, declaration or entry, given, granted or made under the Act or any of the former nationality Acts 15
9. Administering the oath of allegiance for the purposes of the Act 3.50”
