This Order may be cited as the Control of Pollution (Continuation of Byelaws) (Scotland) Order 1991, shall come into force on 31st May 1991 and shall extend to Scotland only.

The Byelaw regarding vessels provided with sanitary appliances on Loch Lomond and Loch Eck which was made by the Clyde River Purification Board by virtue of section 25(1)(c) of the Rivers (Prevention of Pollution) (Scotland) Act 1951 on 1st February 1968 and confirmed by the Secretary of State for Scotland on 14th May 1969 shall have effect as if made by virtue of section 33(1) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974.
