These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 5th April 1990.

The Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows—
(a) regulation 4 (repayment of initial fees in certain circumstances) shall be omitted; and
(b) for Schedules 1 to 6 there shall be substituted Schedules 1 to 6 to these Regulations.
