This Order may be cited as the High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.
2 
For the Table of Fees in the Schedule to the High Court of Justiciary Fees Order 1984 there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to this Order.
3 
The High Court of Justiciary Fees Amendment Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
