These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

The Goods Vehicles (Authorisation of International Journeys) (Fees) Regulations 1983 shall be further amended as follows.

For regulation 4 there shall be substituted the following regulation:“

The fee payable on the issue of a community authorisation shall be—
(a) £80 if it is valid for a period of one year, or
(b) if it is valid for a period of less than one year but more than thirty days, a fee at the rate of £20 for each period of three months or part thereof in the period for which the permit is valid, or
(c) £7 if it is valid for a period of thirty days.”
