These Regulations may be cited as the River Nairn Salmon Fishery District (Baits and Lures) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 12th November 1990.

Natural prawns and shrimps (whether fresh or preserved, dyed or natural colour) and any part thereof are, in relation to the River Nairn salmon fishery district, specified for the purposes of the definition of “rod and line” in section 24(1) of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Protection) (Scotland) Act 1951.
