These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford—Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st September 1990.

The Dartford—Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1989 shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation) there shall be inserted, after paragraph (2)(b), the following sub-paragraph—“
(bb) “large break-down vehicle” means a break-down vehicle with an unladen weight in excess of 4,000 kg;”

In regulation 5(1), for the table there set out, there shall be substituted the following table—“

In regulation 12(1), for the table there set out, there shall be substituted the following table—“
