These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (International Passenger Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st July 1990.

(1) The Road Transport (International Passenger Services) Regulations 1984 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation:—
(2) In regulation 14:—
(a) after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—“
(2A) An application for a certified copy of any such authorisation as is referred to in paragraph (1) or (2) above shall be made to the Secretary of State and the applicant shall pay a fee of £10 in respect of each such copy.”;
(b) in paragraph (3) for “£125” there shall be substituted “£140” and
(c) in paragraph (4) for “£25” there shall be substituted “£30”.
