These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 10th April 1989 immediately after the coming into force of the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1989.

In Column 2 of Table B in Part II of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Travelling Expenses and Remission of Charges) (Scotland) Regulations 1988 in the entry relating to paragraph 11 of Schedule 3 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987,
(a) for “£8.20” there shall be substituted “£9.15” ;
(b) for “£11.20” there shall be substituted “£12.50” ;
(c) for “£3.45” there shall be substituted “£3.85” ;
(d) for “£6.45” there shall be substituted “£7.20” ; and
(e) for “£3.00” there shall be substituted “£3.35” .
