This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 2 Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st June 1988.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4)(b) the following sub-paragraph:—“
(b) any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area —
(i) with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 26th July 1987; or
(ii) with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 27th September 1987; or
(iii) with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 10th January 1988.”.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
