These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.
2 
For Schedule 1 to the Seeds (National Lists of Varieties) (Fees) Regulations 1987 there shall be substituted the provisions set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
In Witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 25th February 1988.
