This Order may be cited as the School Curriculum Development Committee and Secondary Examinations Council (Designation of Staff) Order 1988, and shall come into force on 3rd January 1989.

(1) Any employee of the School Curriculum Development Committee who is named in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order is designated as respects the Council specified in relation to that employee in column 2 of that Schedule.
(2) Any employees of the Secondary Examinations Council who is named in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order is designated as respects the Council specified in relation to that employee in column 2 of that Schedule.
