This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Property) (No.2) (West Yorkshire) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 7th November 1988.
2 
There shall vest in each local authority mentioned in the Schedule to this Order —
(a) all interests of the West Yorkshire Residuary Body in the property so mentioned in relation to that local authority; and
(b) all rights and liabilities of that Body acquired or incurred exclusively in connection with that property.
