(1) This Order may be cited as the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (Commencement No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1987.
(2) This Order shall apply only to Scotland.
(3) In this Order“the Act” means the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986.

(1) The provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in column 2 thereof) shall come into force on 1st June 1987.
(2) The provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in column 2 thereof) shall come into force on 1st October 1987.
