(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Order (Football Exclusion) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 1st August 1987.
(2) In this Order“the 1986 Act”means the Public Order Act 1986.

The General Secretary of The Football Association Limited shall be a prescribed person for purposes of section 34 of the 1986 Act.
3 
An association football match specified in the Schedule to this Order shall be a prescribed football match for purposes of section 36 of the 1986 Act.

SCHEDULE
Article 3
1 
An association football match in which one or both of the participating teams represents a club which is for the time being a member (whether a full or associate member) of The Football League.
2 
An international association football match.
3 
An association football match (not already specified in paragraph 1 above) in the competition for–
(a) the European Champion Clubs' Cup;
(b) the European Cup Winners' Cup; or
(c) the UEFA Cup.
