These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 11th May 1987.

In regulation 3(3) of the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness and Invalidity Benefit) Regulations 1983 (earnings limit for persons deemed incapable of work) for the words “ordinarily exceed £26.00 a week.” there shall be substituted “exceed £26.00 in the week in which that work is performed.”.
