These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st October 1987.

The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) Regulations 1984 are hereby further amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

In Schedule 1–
(a) in the Note at the head of the Schedule the following words shall be added after the word “Schedule” where it appears for the third time–“with the exception of Directive 80/780/EEC, which appears opposite fee no 9100W, the particulars for which may be found in Schedule 4 to the Motor Vehicles (Designation of Approval Marks) Regulations 1979 as amended.”;
(b) the fee numbers and the information shown against each fee number specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be inserted in the appropriate places according to numerical order;
(c) in column 2(b) opposite fee number 0100G there shall be added after the words “Great Britain Regulations” the words “in so far as it relates to the entry immediately above this entry”.
(d) in relation to those fee numbers which are listed in column 1 of the Table there shall be substituted for the existing fees listed in column 2 the new fees listed in column 3.
