These Regulations may be cited as the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 17th August 1987.

For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3 
The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.

PART I
The charges which may be made by a sampler in respect of one direction requesting him to take samples shall be as follows:

For making all necessary arrangements (whether or not samples are taken) 11.60 [10.80]
For making further arrangements (whether or not samples are taken) to give effect to a variation by the court of a direction 11.60 [10.80]
For taking sample —

For taking second or subsequent samples from one or more subject —

PART II
The charges which may be made by a tester in respect of tests for the purpose of giving effect to one direction shall be as follows:—

For testing samples where no report is made —
