These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1987 and shall come into force on 1st August 1987.

For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 there shall be substituted Schedules 1 to 6 to these Regulations.
