(1) This order may be cited as the Welsh Water Authority (Llwyn Isaf Boreholes) (Discharge) Order 1987 and shall come into operation on 9th February 1987.
(2) This order shall be included among the enactments which may be cited together as the Welsh Water Authority Orders 1976 to 1987.

(1) In this order—
 “the Authority” means the Welsh Water Authority;
 “day” means a period of twenty-four hours;
 “the discharge point” means a point on an unnamed watercourse which is a tributary of the Aberham being approximately 3.3 kilometres south-east of Denbigh in the Community of Llanrhaeadr-yng-Nghin-meirch in the District of Glyndwr in the County of Clwyd at reference point SJ 08246506; and
 “the Llwyn Isaf Boreholes” mean the two boreholes maintained by the Authority at Llwyn Isaf, being approximately 3.3 kilometres south-east of Denbigh in the said Community of Llanrhaeadr-yng-Nghinmeirch at reference point SJ 08196506.
(2) References in this order to reference points shall be construed as references to National Grid reference points.

The Authority is, in fulfilment of its obligations in pursuance of Licence No. 24/66/38/G (Variation No.1) as for the time being in force, authorised to discharge water from the Llwyn Isaf boreholes at the discharge point at a rate not exceeding 720,000 gallons per day.
