(1) This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act (Commencement) Order 1986.
(2) This Order does not extend to Northern Ireland.

The provisions of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 mentioned in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st January 1987.
