(1) This order may be cited as the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1984.
(2) In this order “the Act” means the Health and Social Services and Social Security Adjudications Act 1983.

The provisions of the Act specified in the first column of each Schedule to this order (which relate to the matters specified in the second column thereof) shall come into force on the day specified in the heading to that Schedule.

Provision of the Act Subject matter
Section 1 so far as it relates to the new section 28A of the National Health Service Act 1977. Joint financing of community services in England and Wales.
