(1) These Rules may be cited as the 
County Court Rules 1981 (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1982.

(2) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise
requires, an Order referred to by number means the Order so numbered in the County Court Rules 1981, and Appendix A
or B means

In Order 1, 
rule 9—
(a) for paragraphs

there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—“
(2) Where the act is required
to be done not less than a specified period before a specified date, the period
starts immediately after the date on which the act is done and ends immediately
before the specified date.”,
