(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Agriculture) (Miscellaneous Repeals and Modifications) Regulations 1976 and shall come into operation on 6th September 1976.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

(1) The provisions of the Agriculture (Poisonous Substances) Act 1952 specified in column 1 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations shall be repealed or modified, as the case may be, to the extent set out opposite thereto in column 2 of that Schedule.
(2) The provisions of the Agriculture (Safety, Health and Welfare Provisions) Act 1956 specified in column 1 of Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall be repealed or modified, as the case may be, to the extent set out opposite thereto in column 2 of that Schedule.
3 
The provisions of the Regulations specified in column 1 of Schedule 3 to these Regulations shall be modified to the extent set out opposite thereto in column 2 of that Schedule.
