(1) The Treasury may, out of moneys provided by Parliament, make payments to the Royal Trustees to be applied by them for supplementing all or any of the sums payable under the enactments mentioned in section 6(1) of the Civil List Act 1972 (the Queen's Civil List, annuities for members of the Royal Family, contributions to expenses of certain members of the Royal Family not in receipt of annuities, and Civil List pensions).
(2) Paragraph (b) of section 5(2) of the said Act of 1972 (which requires the Royal Trustees to report if at any time it appears to them that the Civil List expenditure for the next calendar year will exceed the sums available under that Act to meet that expenditure) shall not apply to expenditure for any year after 1975; and accordingly that paragraph, together with the word " and " immediately preceding it, is hereby repealed.
(3) In this section " the Royal Trustees " means the trustees constituted by section 10 of the Civil List Act 1952.
