This Order may be cited as the Transport (London) Act 1969 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1974.

The provisions of the Transport (London) Act 1969 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) which are specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order and which relate to the matters respectively specified in relation to those provisions in column 2 of that Schedule, and also the provisions of the Act which are specified in the Appendix to that Schedule, shall come into operation on the 1st April 1974.
