This Order may be cited as the Transport
Act 1968 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1968.

The provisions
of the Transport Act 1968
(hereinafter referred to as “the Act”
) specified in Schedule 1
to this Order shall come into force on the 18th November 1968, and the provisions
of the Act specified in Schedule 2
to this Order shall come into force on the 1st January 1969.
