The remaining provisions of the Children and Young Persons Act 1963, which have not previously come into operation and are specified in the Schedule hereto (which relate to the employment of children and young persons) shall come into operation on 3rd March 1969 except that for the purposes of applying for licences under section 37 of the Act, and granting such licences to have effect on and after the said date, these provisions shall come into operation on 2nd December 1968.

This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons Act 1963 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1968.
